Enjoy an enclosed private backyard, a foosball table, darts, games, and classic Nintendo. It comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with high-quality mattresses, including a king-size Helix mattress in the downstairs bedroom. For little ones, a pack and play, sound machine, and high chair are available. An ironing board and hair dryer are included, along with fluffy towels. The bathroom is fully equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer. The dining room seats up to 7 people, and the full kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, oven, pots & pans, baking sheets, and basic meal prep ingredients. Kids' plates and cups are also provided. Downstairs, find a playroom with classic Nintendo, foosball, darts, and board games, along with a half bath. The downstairs living room includes a daybed and futon. The enclosed backyard features a fire pit and amenities for pets.
Free street parking is available in front of the house on a quiet dead-end street with minimal traffic, accommodating up to 4 cars. Please park one car directly in front of the house and any others on the other side of the street, respecting neighbors' driveways. Pet amenities are included to make traveling with pets easy.
This home is situated in "The Hill," a historic Italian neighborhood known for its great food, unique culture, shops, and restaurants. It's a short walk to the best attractions in the neighborhood, and the Botanical Gardens, the Zoo, Forest Park, Downtown, Barnes Jewish Hospital, Wash U, Busch Stadium, the Enterprise Center, and Tower Grove Park are just minutes away by car. Exploring the area is quick and easy with a car, and some restaurants and shops are within a half-mile walk.
Smoking is not allowed on the property, and there will be a $150 fee for smoking inside or outside. Parties are not allowed. Only the number of guests on the reservation can stay at the property. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please be quiet after 10 PM. Do not use glitter or confetti on the property. Check-out is at 10 AM. A noise monitoring device (measures decibel level) and a smoke monitoring device are at the property. Guests may be asked to review and sign one or more reservation agreements after booking.
