Clean room for rent in the College View Estates by SDSU. This is a beautiful and peaceful area. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The place is literally 3 short blocks away from SDSU's tennis courts and aquaplex. It used to take me 6 minutes to go from the door of my house to the door of my classroom on bike.
The room is furnished or you can bring your own furnishings. The house is non-smoking. Occasional and responsible drinking is fine.
Looking for a student or professional. Couples may share the room for an additional fee. One month deposit required. Looking to have someone in at anytime.
