Located on a cozy one way street with an east side vibe, this up and coming neighborhood is centrally located with good eatin' options including Cafe Telegrama, Ggiata, Kuya Lord, Le Coupe, Little Fish, Chainsaw LA, Bar Etoile, Corridor 109, Osteria la Buca, a new local upscale grocery store LA Grocery and Cafe and the Melrose Hill Art Gallery Row all within walking distance. Close to Larchmont, Los Feliz and Silverlake but a lot cheaper, basically, you get a lot of charm and space for the price! And for those of us who must use the 101 frwy, it's easy access on/off without being in your backyard.
