This massive 2260 square-foot townhome has four bedrooms, a good-sized kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, a large family room, an outdoor deck, tons of storage and closet space, and so much more! The tenant pays all utilities (water/gas/electric/etc.) and is also responsible for snow removal (which a tenant can do themselves if they'd prefer as opposed to hiring someone). Landlord covers the lawn and yard care. A refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer are provided. There is a credit check and reference check. Any potential tenant aged 18 and over must complete a written application. For acceptance criteria please send me a message. First month's rent ($1,500.00) and a $1,500.00 security deposit are required prior to move-in at the time of lease signing. The lease is for one year with opportunity to stay longer. There is a long driveway for parking (see photo) NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE BUILDING. As far as pets go, neutered cats are acceptable though there is a pet fee. I do not allow dogs.
