Dining room that usually looks out the sliding glass doors to the street through the Sun porch that got torn off in the last hurricane. The inside, by the way, has been fully restored. All new ceilings, roof, and some new wall board.

Photo off the front porch you can't tell but the neighbors across both ways have their shades pulled down and can't (don't want to ) look into your house. I find that a plus.

NOTICE:Tri-Par Estates is a community that requires one of the renters to be 55 years old or older! There is a possibility that you could begin your move in a day or two earlier. (for no added charge) We should have the home move-in ready by late afternoon on February 26th. I am also open to a tenant moving in up to the middle of March. Owner pays HOA fee that entitles you to all the amazing activities provided (including exercise room). Utilities are your responsibility. Landlord pays for lawn mowing and trimming. Three TVs (including a new 50" one in the LR) are included and rent includes cable and WiFi. Your references and your ability to respect the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood are very important. No smokers allowed (even if they promise to only smoke outdoors). Lease length is slightly negotiable. Discount for two-year lease. Warning: Jets fly over this area, so if you're very sensitive to that occasional noise, this might not be the place for you. Neighbors say, "There'll be a few planes taking off or landing, and then you won't hear anything for a few hours." We have several friends in this park who love it and wouldn't live anywhere else. We have met so many kind people as we've worked on this property. A great blend of friendliness and respect for other's privacy. These extra two simple storage rooms are not included in the 1104 square feet of the home. Fully furnished but change outs are possible (if you want your own bed or favorite chair or desk). All new windows, quiet neighborhood; wonderful neighbors, Incredible amenities - heated (85 degree) large pool, ample hot tub, pool tables, a crazy diverse number of activities, classes and clubs, Pickleball (far from this home so no noise!), mini-golf, shuffleboard... music, parties. Half mile West of 301 just off DeSoto Road, not far from where it meets University Parkway close to SRQ. Available now with a minimum 6 mo lease. Rent is less ($1500 mo.) likely for a month or two until sun porch is rebuilt. Must have excellent references from church/synagogue leaders, employers and/or landlords.
