NOTICE:Tri-Par Estates is a community that requires one of the renters to be 55 years old or older! There is a possibility that you could begin your move in a day or two earlier. (for no added charge) We should have the home move-in ready by late afternoon on February 26th. I am also open to a tenant moving in up to the middle of March. Owner pays HOA fee that entitles you to all the amazing activities provided (including exercise room). Utilities are your responsibility. Landlord pays for lawn mowing and trimming. Three TVs (including a new 50" one in the LR) are included and rent includes cable and WiFi. Your references and your ability to respect the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood are very important. No smokers allowed (even if they promise to only smoke outdoors). Lease length is slightly negotiable. Discount for two-year lease. Warning: Jets fly over this area, so if you're very sensitive to that occasional noise, this might not be the place for you. Neighbors say, "There'll be a few planes taking off or landing, and then you won't hear anything for a few hours." We have several friends in this park who love it and wouldn't live anywhere else. We have met so many kind people as we've worked on this property. A great blend of friendliness and respect for other's privacy.
