Utilities are not included in the rental fees, renter is responsible for utilities such as water, power, garbage and sewer. Pets are welcome with a refundable pet deposit of $150 per pet one time deposit and a $25 a month per pet fee that is not refundable. Smoking is not allowed in home, but so long as you clean up I don't mind if you smoke on the property. I am not sure how many cars can fit on the driveway, but more than most people own, there is plenty of off street parking (3-4 in front of the garage depending on the size of vehicle. There is a washer and dryer hook up provided in the house, but no washer and dryer installed unless the current tenant leaves the ones the have there. There is also a shed in the back yard that will not be available to whom is renting the house, I have stuff I want to keep stored in there. Bedrooms were carpeted, main bath was tiled with a tile surround shower and LVP flooring in the rest of the home. All counters are concrete counter tops throughout. There is a bonus extra large pantry just off the kitchen that is about 100 square feet for extra storage and cabinetry. Washer and dryer pass through area just off the garage. Lots of off street parking so you never have to park on the street. The are two fenced yards, the front yard is fully fenced with a 3 gates, one gate is to drive a car through. The other yard is fenced on 3 sides with one of the sides "fenced" with mature bushes to screen from the neighborhood. Both yards and the raised garden beds are all irrigated so if you like gardening this is the house for you, lots of places for flowers and vegetables. The house is located right on the bus routes with easy access to yelm highway. There is a plethera of parks and dining options in the area.
