Centrally located and close to MTA Metro (Formerly) the Green Line (Aviation station) and also the 405 & 105 freeways. Local shopping (Ralphs, Trader Joe's) & lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. It is considered El Segundo adjacent, near Manhattan & Hermosa Beaches (3 miles), Westchester. The bedroom has 2 windows, a ceiling fan, a built-in closet and curtains/blinds. Room is rentable for 1 person with no pets and is private, furnished (full size bed & mattress, nightstand, dressers, lamp, shelving units, TV and room fridge) at no extra charge, and if you're a clothes horse another clothing armoire is available for use. Room can be locked for security. This is a quiet, single family home neighborhood. House is clean, nicely furnished with lots of natural light and hard wood floors and tile throughout. The kitchen was remodeled and is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, gas stove, toaster, mixer, blender, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. You will have fridge and pantry space. There is a living room & a big enclosed backyard. Access to kitchen, living room and yard. House is shared with two other professionals. Street parking always available in front of house. We are clean, quiet, mature, open minded, respectful and considerate of others. Looking for a respectful, mellow roommate with steady employment, retired or enrolled as a student.
