Renter is responsible for electricity and internet bills. Only one small dog allowed (under 40 lbs). Dog policy is set up by condominium rules, so if you own a larger dog, we may request an exception but there is no guarantee that it will be granted. The area is family friendly and maintaining a quiet environment is important. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. The lease should be for one year or more and can be renewed near its expiration date. In the case of renewals, the monthly payment and terms of the lease would be re-evaluated at that time. The premises are maintained by the condo association, and maintenance of the unit or appliance repairs are generally performed by the landlord. As a tenant, you are responsible for treating the unit with care and reporting any issues immediately to the landlord. While I hold unit-owners insurance, renters insurance is required by law in Madison, WI but is fairly cheap.
