Apartment 3 has a kitchen garden space right outside the front door. There is private, off street parking, an EV charger, a common area coin-op laundry, a private storage closet, and a covered outdoor bike rack. There is also a remote office/studio on-site available for additional rent for those that want to work from home but not IN their home.
The large property is very peaceful and quiet, you can't believe how close-in to the city you are. There are garden spaces for those wanting to grow, along with picnic tables, a fire pit, and chickens. Community residents connect regularly with friendly and helpful neighbor moments.
