Take the kayak out on the water, or explore the island with your golf cart. You're just a quick 8-minute drive to the beach, and then you can rinse off the sand with our outdoor shower and foot spray, giving you the best of both peaceful lakefront living and easy coastal access. Our home includes everything one would need to cook and entertain, an indoor washer and drier, and bath essentials. Please note that first and last month's rent is required for stays longer than 6 months and all tenants are required to pay a cleaning fee and utilities. There is NO SMOKING inside the house.

Utilities, WiFi, and trash service may be included as part of an all inclusive lease option, but this is case-by-case. A refundable security deposit and professional cleaning fee are required prior to move-in. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Tenants are required to maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term and will be responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Golf cart use is subject to a signed liability agreement and valid driver's license requirements.
