Pigeon Forge offers a vibrant mix of Appalachian scenery, Southern culture, and entertainment, with proximity to hiking trails in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in fines. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The property is pet-friendly, with a required written notification and approval from the host for one house-trained dog, subject to a pet fee and up to a $150 security deposit. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for any violation of the house rules.
