Downstairs , back entrance I am looking for 1 person , for this unit. I am currently updating , cleaning . Nice studio apartment downstairs (basement) , back entrance . All utilities included, Full Kitchen, Bathroom , Bedroom dining & sitting area. Fully furnished, Washer & Dryer in apartment. The tenant must be extremely clean & organized if this is not you save yourself the stress as I have no tolerance for (messy or dirty tenants) . I will & have nicely evicted dirty tenants. Landlord provides bi-weekly cleaning of property prefer monthly & inspection of leaks, broken items. You are expected to clean , remove trash weekly and I deep clean this is Philadelphia. If this isn't you I can refer you to other landlords that are less picky. No pets, no drugs illegal ones the best drug is 2 or 3 jobs keep your mind and emotions occupied , non smoking tenant/visitors welcome . I do not have children I am no one's mama. Immigrants welcome/Philadelphia is a safe haven for all that come here to work. I am German - father, Spanish- afro latina mother, and white as rice, I live and know the struggle. I am the best landlord in Philadelphia and have had long term tenants that vouch for it. If it breaks I will fix it . No nonsense or sad stories if you can pay rent and keep it clean you may live here. I am in NO RUSH to rent it....I want the right tenant . I have never ever had a non paying tenant...only dirty ones , who no longer live here. Employment verification & prior landlord information. Security deposit, in Philadelphia is 2 months & 1 month rent . Unfortunately, first time prior tenant , who I just vacated didn't pay rent (sob story) therefore I require INSURANCE in the event of non payment of rent. I don't inspect/watch you , I watch inspect MY HOME .
