Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the garage, driveway, and backyard. - Pets: pets must be well trained. - Parking & HOA Compliance: Vehicles must adhere to community parking guidelines. Trash cans must be stored out of sight except on designated pickup days. - Good Neighbor Policy: In accordance with city ordinances and community standards, loud music or disruptive noise that disturbs neighbors is strictly prohibited, particularly during quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
