No preference on gender. Preferably looking for other young professionals or graduate students, but open to anyone who would be a good fit for the home.
I have an updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome located in the South Coast neighborhood of Santa Ana, with two bedrooms available. I plan to occupy one of the bedrooms. However, if someone is interested in the primary/master bedroom, I'm open to renting that room as well.
The home is approximately 1,062 sq. ft. with a two-story layout. All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs, while the living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom are downstairs.
Rent:

* Primary/Master Bedroom: $2,200/month available if someone prefers the larger room

The Rooms:
All bedrooms are located upstairs and share access to the full bathroom. There is also a convenient half bathroom downstairs for guests.
The two standard bedrooms are $1,800/month each. Both are similar in size. If someone would prefer the primary/master bedroom for $2,200/month, I'm happy to take one of the other bedrooms instead.
House Expectations:
Friends and guests are welcome! I just ask that everyone is respectful of the shared spaces and each other. I'd like to keep the home clean, comfortable, and relaxed. No loud get-togethers on weeknights, and good communication is important.
Ideally, I'm looking for roommates who are responsible, clean, respectful, and easygoing. Young professionals or graduate students would be a great fit, but I'm open to anyone who feels like the right match.
Availability & Additional Details:
The rooms are expected to be available for move-in around mid-September. The unit should be available for in-person visits/tours by the end of August.
I'm also open to renting out the entire 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome to a family rather than renting the rooms individually. If you're interested in the entire unit, feel free to reach out and we can discuss rent and additional details.
