Our two-bedroom, third-floor unfurnished apartment is available from June 1st. Rent is 1900 incl. partial electric, water/trash. Tenant pays partial electric. Rental is month to month or a year lease. House is on 3 acres, with direct access to adjacent conservation land, and use of Bare Hill Pond. Rental includes use of the backyard lawns, cabin, and basketball half-court. Partial snow clearing is included. Tenant would be responsible for clearing own stairs and deck and occasionally share clearing of walkway. During heavy snows, we cannot guarantee early clearing of driveway, so flexible work hours would be ideal. The apartment has large picture windows with incredible views and sunlight, a rear porch and private deck, parking areas, own washer and shared dryer in basement with easy access, spacious storage areas. Note that the bathroom is very small and the ceilings are low towards the eaves. The apartment is a half mile to the Harvard General Store, Bare Hill Pond, the Harvard Town Library. References and good credit, please. Cats are okay. A refundable pet deposit of $300 might be requested.
