Gas and electric can be included for $3,000/month, or gas and electric can be excluded for $2,700/month. 12 month rentals preferred, and start date between mid to late August is flexible. The home owners association does not allow renters to have any pets and does not allow smoking. A refundable security deposit of one month rent is due at signing, and renter is required to have renters insurance.
