Denver Residential License #2022-BFN-0017344 For rent by owner Real reviews: Travel Nurse: I truly enjoyed my stay at Mj's condo. The location is absolutely amazing and just where I wanted. Being within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, a park, and so close to other necessities was so nice, without being in a busy downtown or RiNo area. I appreciated the keyless entry to both the building and also my unit. I worked night shift, and the outside noise was pretty minimal. Occasionally I would hear some noises from the tenant above me, but with a sound machine or fan turned on I was easily able to drown it out while sleeping. The bedroom with king bed and large closet was so nice. The laundry room is detached and down the stairs, but I really didn't mind it, even in the winter months. The stairs and walkway to/from the unit and laundry room are covered so no trekking through snow. The laundry is free which was a huge plus for me, and the additional storage space in the laundry room was also quite nice. The only complaints at all would be that the smoke alarm works a bit too well, and it would go off every time I used the air fryer even if there wasn't any "smoke", and if I took too steamy of a shower. I never felt unsafe in the area. All in all I would absolutely stay here over and over again, and recommend Mj as a landlord for being both flexible and on top of any issues that arose! New to Denver: The cap hill condo was great; just what I was looking for when I moved to Denver. I stayed here while learning the city and shopping for a house. The condo had everything you could need and the location could not be beat, very walkable to great bars, restaurant and grocery stores!
