Annual Lease, move-in date is flexible. If two occupants Rent = $1,100 / Month. Rent due date has a 5-Day Grace Period then $25 Late Fee per day with a Minimum Late Fee of $50. Smoking in unit is not allowed nor are "visiting pets" of any type. No noise, music, or other sounds or conduct, is permitted at any time in such manner as to disturb or annoy other persons. Noise levels from televisions, stereos, radios or musical instruments must not be played at volume levels that will interfere with your neighbor's quiet enjoyment of their property. All parties and/or gatherings must be contained within the host's apartment. Only private passenger type vehicles and motorcycles may be parked on the premises. Commercial trucks, boats, boat trailers, campers, travel trailers and motor homes are prohibited on the premises without our prior written approval. Parking areas are not to be used for abandoned or inoperable vehicles. A vehicle will be deemed to be inoperable or abandoned if not currently tagged or "street legal". A vehicle shall be deemed inoperable or abandoned at our sole discretion. All vehicles must be periodically moved to prevent build-up of dirt and debris.
