Lease terms

Minimum 30-day stay. A signed rental agreement, completed screening and refundable security deposit of $2450 are required before move-in. Monthly rent is $2450 and includes furnishings, utilities, Wi-Fi, trash service and landscaping, subject to reasonable usage. The first month's rent and security deposit are due before occupancy. A nonrefundable cleaning fee of $2450 applies. Rent is prorated for partial months when approved. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Pets are considered with prior approval and may require an additional deposit or monthly pet fee. The property may only be occupied by the individuals listed in the rental agreement. Thirty days' written notice is required to extend or end a month-to-month tenancy, subject to the signed rental agreement and applicable Oregon law.
