This unit has a new kitchen floor, cabinets, pantry , electric stove, cooking fan.… The shower was done over a year and half ago, all tile and mosaic, new insolation , new fridge, two seat stools , nice small glass table . Comes with toaster. This flat is perfect for a single student or professional . The place has side access. the back is quiet. In the front house is my wife and my two little boys and me , we are very respectful, and mindful. We are very communicative and easy to get along with. Honesty , mannerisms, consideration, and politeness is something we give and expect in return. We have an American bully he's a very playful dog. We had two different previous tenants in the last 3 years, our last tenant just left end of January 2026. She was with us for over 1 1/2. The utilities are included, also WiFi. We have a fire pit that can be enjoyed with advanced notice. The rental will not be a place for party's , kick backs or high foot traffic.
