4 Bedroom House In EASTOWN (duplex) Located on a quiet and safe street just one street over from East Grand Rapids.… We have had Aquinas students and others over the years and they have always loved staying here. There is a large loft area bedroom on the third floor with plenty of space & privacy. There are two (average and large) bedrooms on the 2nd floor as well as the main shared bathroom. The main Bathroom is scheduled for upgrades prior to move in, including new shower bath area, tile flooring and sink vanity, so the bathroom will be clean and new. There is a fourth bedroom in the back area of the main level with windows overlooking the back yard and garden. Nestled among the trees, with peaceful solitude & privacy, you can read or study and be happy here. On the Main Floor are large Living and Dining area rooms with the old heritage woodwork and tall ceilings. You can put outdoor furniture on the front porch and it makes a nice summer and fall hangout space. On the weekends, you won't need to drive to find the vibrant night life or a good restaurant or brewery. It's a one minute walk to end of the street and you are in Eastown with many restaurants, bars and shops to keep you coming back and mixing it up with locals in the area and fun things to do. There is parking in the driveway or on street only. There is not garage parking. Tenants pay Heat,Electric, WiFi, Trash. Owner pays water. There is a $35 non refundable application fee and background/credit check required for each prospective tenant. No Pets allowed.
