We rent this as a vacation rental during the summer months, so we are able to offer this beautiful home completely furnished, through the off season at a steep discount. No smoking. Rental term: November 1, 2025 thru May 31, 2026. No automatic lease renewal, renter must vacate no later than May 31, 2026. Maximum occupancy eight persons. No subleasing. Pets: We are pet friendly, but require approval to ensure that the pet is not dangerous, or otherwise not covered by our homeowners insurance. Our concern here is a dangerous pet that can cause injury. The yard is not fenced in, but there is a nearby dog park.
