Lease terms

LEASE TERMS Lease Term: 12-month lease preferred. Monthly Rent: Due on the 1st day of each month. Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent, due before move-in. Late Fee: Charged if rent is not received by the due date or grace period. Application Fee: Applicant responsible for any screening or application fees. Occupancy: Only approved occupants listed on the lease may reside in the property. Utilities: Tenant responsible for all utilities unless otherwise specified. Maintenance: Tenant responsible for keeping the property clean and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Smoking: No smoking permitted inside the home. Pets: Subject to landlord approval. Additional pet deposit or monthly pet rent may apply. Alterations: No alterations or modifications to the property without written permission from the landlord. Subleasing: Subletting or assigning the lease is prohibited without written consent. Lawn Care: Tenant responsible for lawn maintenance and landscaping unless otherwise specified.
