Utilities charged at a flat additional fee of $500/month which covers water, sewer, gas, electric, internet, garbage, and driveway snow removal, you will not need to transfer anything into your name. Tenants are responsible for snow removal on deck and stairs. 5 queen beds, sleeps a maximum of 10. Parking for 4-6 Vehicles. Up to two dogs at a time are welcome. There is no fenced yard and tenants are responsible for picking up after pets. $4500 deposit.
This 1950's cabin is updated with heated floors in both bathrooms, instant hot water heater, newer appliances, new windows, washer/dryer, and wood-burning fireplace (wood not included). Fast internet is available through Spectrum and cell signal is good. There is no garage but there is some additional storage available under the house.
Located across from the lake in Carnelian Bay, 15 minutes to Northstar and 20 minutes to Palisades. Walking distance to TART bus stop, dog friendly beach, Gar Woods Restaurant, Old Post Office Cafe, coffee, pizza, and 7/11.
AWD vehicles required as the driveway is somewhat steep. Tenants must have American Credit Reports or be able to pay up front for the full lease term. All tenants in the group must complete a Zillow application. Please take a look at our floorplan photos, they are drawn to scale, the shared living space is somewhat small so make sure this size would be appropriate for your group. No smoking.
