    Tenants will be expected to cover their own internet/cable, electric (main heat source) and renters insurance. I cover gas, water, sewer, and trash. The home has an evaporation cooler and two window AC units for the bedrooms. I maintain the yard work, tenant(s) are provided with a snow shovel and salt to perform the home's winter maintenance. I will ask for proof of employment and references as well as run credit and background checks for those who are seriously interested after showing. Applicants must cover the background check fee of $45. I am currently looking to fill a 12 month lease with the potential of resigning afterwards if it's a good fit. One very well behaved dog with previous approval may be considered (I must meet the dog) with an additional $400 refundable pet security deposit. $25/month pet rent charge. No cats allowed.
