Applicant Requirements: Preferred minimum credit score: 650 Preferred household gross income: at least 3 times the monthly rent Credit, background, and eviction screening required for all adult applicants Employment and income verification required Previous landlord references may be requested Applicants may be responsible for any application, credit, background, eviction, or screening fees charged by the screening provider. Screening fees are non-refundable. Submission of an application, payment of screening fees, or completion of screening does not guarantee approval or reservation of the property.
