The temperature should remain at 100F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval. The garage door is manual. Optional checkout steps are provided but not mandatory. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
