This amazing property has everything you need to live comfortably. The Seeback property is a charming 3-bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 half bath retreat designed to make your stay cozy, quiet, and playful. It is nestled in the scenic Shenandoah valley in Charles Town, WV. This unique and cozy townhome includes two queen beds, two twin beds, and a comfortable first floor living room stocked with games and childrens toys along with a queen sofa bed. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms, each equipped with plenty of towels, and a hair dryer for added convenience. The second floor living space and kitchen walk out onto a large deck with a propane grill and an outdoor dinning area. The rear lawn below has four Adirondack chairs surrounding a smokeless fire pit. On the third floor, the main bedroom has an attached full bath, and the full bath in the hallway serves the other two spare bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The third floor also has a washer and dryer nicely situated in the hallway in the middle of the bedrooms. To make your stay pleasant, we supplied the unit with a fully equipped kitchen with all you require to make a cooking experience wonderful during your time here. There is a Keurig coffee maker for both K-cups and regular filters for ground coffee. To help you settle in we have supplied an assortment of coffees and teas, sugar, stevia, and multiple spices. This property is minutes away from the Hollywood Casino, Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, the Civil War Battlefields, the Civil War Museum, the John Browns Fort, the Shenandoah and Potomac River, and the beautiful Appalachian Trail. Whether youre relaxing after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, the soothing atmosphere makes it easy to unwind after a day of hiking on the Appalachian Trail, exploring Harper's Ferry National Park, or floating down the Shenandoah River. This home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Move out is on the last day of your lease. No smoking or vaping allowed. No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Parking is allowed only in the garage, on the driveway, and/or the adjacent parking. Pet fee is $300.00 per stay. Pet damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning fee is $300.00 and will be deducted from the security deposit. Owner will pay for utilities up to $300.00 per month, any excess amount will be tenant responsibility and will be deducted from the security deposit. Tennant must report damages to host immediately. NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is in the backyard, and 1 camera is located at the front door facing the front outdoor entry. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
