Lease terms

Available immediately. The renter is responsible for internet, gas, electric, and water. The landlord will maintain the landscaping. First months rent is due on the signing of the lease as well as the damage deposit and last months rent. There is an option to rent for two years if desired. There is an offstreet covered parking. No smoking. Pets rent $25 month for dogs under 20 lbs. Refundable pet deposit of $500. The tenant is fully liable for any property damage or stains or odors caused by a cat. If the cat damages the property including scratching wood trim/blinds, stains on hardwood floors, lingering odors from litter box the landlord reserves the right to deduct any repair costs from the pet deposit, or regular security deposit or bill a tenant directly if costs exceed the deposit. Renters insurance requires the tenant to carry a policy that includes coverage for property damage caused by pets.
