This beautiful duplex house is on a quiet street in the highly desirable upper-Anholm neighborhood, sits on 1/3 acre and offers great mountain views and a relaxing deck with mountain views. With a trailhead to Cerro San Luis just up the street, there's easy access to plenty of great hiking and biking. Grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants are just a few blocks away. Downtown is a longer walk and beaches, wineries and so many more great central coast amenities are just a short bike or drive away. The house is recently remodeled and mostly furnished, though we can remove furnishings as needed. It has four bedrooms (often configured as two bedrooms, den and office), two bathrooms, living room, full kitchen w/ updated appliances and laundry. There is also a great deck with fantastic views of Bishop's Peak. Serrano Drive is home to many Cal Poly professors, medical, tech and other professionals and a few retirees. Sierra Vista Hospital and medical center area is a short walk, Cal Poly is an easy bike ride and the French Hospital medical center area is a short drive. Erik and Susan (the property owners) live next door and are happy to help with any issues or connect you to some of the neighbors who have regular gatherings. Base utilities (gas, water, electric, garbage, and WiFi internet) are included in the rent price, and there's plenty of parking on the quiet street that dead-ends to a Cerro San Luis trailhead. We're open to pets with an additional deposit but your pet must get along with other animals. It's a big yard but there is not continuous fencing around the property. Several cats, dogs, deer and wild turkeys live nearby and occasionally enter the yard.
