Our game room comes furnished with a large cozy sectional, pool table, foosball table, and a HD Smart TV to hangout & watch all your favorite shows and games. Enjoy our family room with seating for up to 5 people and watch a movie or show with your family on the mounted smart tv. During the winter months please feel free to enjoy our wonderful wood burning fireplace. * Please note we do not provide the supplies to operate the fireplace. The kitchen is set up with all your cooking essentials such as: pots, pans, silverware, Keurig coffee maker for you to feel right at home. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people. We also have a high top bar seating for an additional 2 seats. The master bedroom features a beautifully decorated King-Size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a deep soaking jacuzzi & a separate walk in shower. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet with plenty of space to organize your belongings. For your enjoyment and convenience, there is also a Smart TV. Guest bedroom #2: Features 1 king size bed . Guest bedroom #3: Features 2 twin beds. Guest bedroom #4: Features 2 twin beds. Guest bathroom #1: Features a double sink vanity with a deep tub/shower combo. Guest hallway bathroom: Features a 1/2 Bathroom. Our beautiful, spacious backyard provides you with everything you need from our pebbletec pool, outdoor seating area, 6 person dining table, & large built-in BBQ grill to enjoy a fun, relaxing stay! Parking: The Garage can comfortably fit up to 2 cars with an additional 3 spots in the driveway. Laundry: This home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. BBQ Grill: Large built-in grill for your enjoyment. There may or may not be propane in the tanks. We do not provide propane or refills but you may take the tanks in for an exchange as needed. The Pool: The pool is not heated and there are no safety gates. The home is equipped with high speed internet and ceiling fans in every single room for your convenience.
