This home is designed to offer a comfortable, easy living experience, with HOA fees already included in the monthly rent so you won't have any surprise add ons. Utilities are placed in your name, giving you full control over your usage and are fully the renters responsibility (i.e. water, electric, internet, etc.) . While we love pets, this property is a pet free space to help maintain a clean and peaceful environment. At lease signing, we collect last month's rent along with the security deposit to make move in simple and straightforward. The lease runs for 12 months, and we ask that all residents follow the community's HOA guidelines to keep the neighborhood enjoyable for everyone. To maintain a calm and consistent living environment, subletting and short term rentals aren't permitted, and the home is absolutely smoke free throughout. Renters insurance is recommended to protect your personal belongings and give you added peace of mind. A reusable tenant screening report is acceptable as long as it meets Maryland Real Property 8 218 which requires the report to be prepared within last 30 days from the date of application.
