Lease Requirements: One (1) month security deposit required Proof of monthly income equal to at least three (3) times the rent $100 one-time Leasing Administration Fee, paid directly to the HOA at move-in Background check required for all occupants 18 years and older. Water, high-speed internet, and basic cable TV are all included in your rent. Dogs are welcome with breed restrictions. The HOA requires current veterinary records, a photo of each pet, and completion of a pet registration form at move-in. All required lease documents must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance, and no later than five (5) days before lease start to avoid an additional $100 processing fee. Upon arrival, all renters must check in at the HOA Office and present a valid identification along with vehicle registration or rental car agreement.
