The landlord is open to individual rental agreements for roommates or groups (e.g., multiple lieutenants or Marines living together). Each tenant signs their own separate agreement and is responsible only for their own portion of the rent and obligations. Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities: water, sewer, trash, and electricity. A security deposit is required. It will be held in accordance with North Carolina law and may be used for unpaid rent, damages beyond normal wear and tear, or other allowable purposes. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior written approval. A non-refundable pet fee is required if approved. No smoking is allowed inside the home or garage.
