Pet Policy * Up to two (2) small pets may be permitted with landlord approval. * An additional pet deposit is required. * Pets must comply with the terms of the lease and may not create a nuisance, cause excessive noise, or damage the property. * Tenant is responsible for any pet-related damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. Smoking Policy **No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home, garage, or other enclosed areas of the property.** Property Care Tenant is expected to maintain the home in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly notify the landlord of any maintenance or repair concerns. Tenant is responsible for damage caused by the tenant, occupants, guests, or pets beyond normal wear and tear.
