Lease Duration: 12-month lease preferred (other terms may be considered). Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent, due at lease signing. Lawn Care & Snow Removal: Tenant responsible unless included in the lease. Pets: Pets may be considered with landlord approval; additional pet deposit or monthly pet rent may apply. Smoking: No smoking inside the home. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy subject to local housing regulations. Maintenance: Tenant responsible for routine upkeep; landlord handles major structural and mechanical repairs. Move-In Requirements: First month's rent and security deposit due before move-in. Renter's Insurance: Required for the duration of the lease.
