1 upstairs room available sharing a bathroom across the hall with one other resident (recent college grad working at Amazon.) I live in the master bedroom on the same floor with my own bathroom. One UW student lives in the basement bedroom with his own bathroom. I am mostly retired and generally work in the living room all night with the TV on and sleep from roughly 7am to 3:30pm. We share a kitchen and have individually assigned cupboard spaces. No pets. No smoking. Managed by RPA - will require a background/credit check by them.
