Self-employed applicants must provide the last two years of tax returns including Schedule C. Retired applicants must provide financial statements establishing income distribution. All occupants 18 and older will be subject to a background check. Lease & Occupancy Rules: The lease term must be a minimum of 12 months; however, the owner strongly prefers a 2-year lease. No subletting is allowed. All proposed occupants must be listed on the application and lease agreement. The Promenade's Standard Lease Agreement will be used.
