This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hob, dishes, and glassware. The living and dining areas are spacious and comfortable. Parking is available for a fee: $35 per day from Monday to Thursday, and $45 per day on Fridays to Sundays and holidays. Weekly parking is $175 and monthly parking is $450. The condo offers a range of facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden, and a convenient store. Guests have direct access to the beach and the onsite pool, with a tiki bar by the pool area offering reasonable prices. A shared laundry facility is also available. Located directly on the beach in Miami Beach's desirable Mid Beach/Millionaires Row area, this apartment offers oceanfront living and access to boating from Indian Creek docks. The building is situated on the famous Collins Avenue. Please keep all doors closed when the air conditioning is on to prevent condensation and property damage. Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is permitted in the pool area. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and events are prohibited. A $250 security deposit is required at check-in, held in case of damages or incidents. A Hotel Registration Fee of $550 is paid to the host. Guests must complete a form before arrival to access the apartment. Direct Beach Access - no need to even cross the street. Just take the elevator to LL (Lower Level) and walk past the pool and you are on the beach. There are no streets to cross or ways to get lost which makes it very safe for children.The washer and dryer are in the corridor.Guests should be aware that there may be increased noise levels from nearby construction during the day.
