Guests should be aware that there may be increased noise levels from nearby construction during the day. Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage. Upon arrival, a $250 security deposit will be requested by the building, held in case of damages or incidents during the stay. Before your arrival, you must complete a form to access the apartment. Direct Beach Access - no need to even cross the street. Just take the elevator to LL (Lower Level) and walk past the pool and you are on the beach.
