We are looking for a respectful and responsible roommate. Currently, two guys live in the house, and we are seeking one more to share the space. About the House: 1. Furnished living room with dining table, couches, and chairs 2. Parking, refrigerator, washer, and dryer available for use 3. Utilities shared (~$90/month) Requirements: 1. Proof of employment and valid photo ID ($30 for background check, keys, and paperwork) 2. Most recent two months' bank statements 3. One month rent + $500 security deposit 4. Visitors are allowed, but overnight guest stays are not permitted Community Features: 1. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. 2. We offer access to weekend parties in the community centers, live music, a farmers' market, parks, pools, soccer fields, an indoor and outdoor gym, fishing, lakes, creeks, entryways, and walking areas. 3. It is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from UTRGV and Trenton Road.
