The owners provide professional lawn care, including mowing, edging, leaf removal, and seasonal fertilization, so you can enjoy a beautifully maintained yard without the upkeep. Pet Friendly! Up to 2 small dogs are welcome. Each must weigh 40 pounds or less, and breed restrictions apply. A $250 non-refundable pet fee is required. All pets must be current on rabies vaccinations and licensed with the City of Universal City, as required by local ordinance. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the residence. We are committed to providing a clean, well-maintained home and a positive rental experience for our residents.
