Thank you for your interest in our Sedgefield neighborhood. Nestled amid Southend and Dilworth, we are offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartment homes.… This community provides tree-lined streets with convenience to the LYNX light rail, shopping, hot restaurants, entertainment, and neighborhood parks.
We require a $100 application fee per lease holder, $200 administration fee, $300 security deposit. Animals are allowed up to two as long as they equal 100 pounds or less while breed restrictions apply. We require a $300 animal fee per animal and $25 monthly rent.
