There is an uncovered parking spot in front of the home and a covered carport spot behind the neighboring home also owned by the landlord. The home is centrally located in Comfort's historic district and is within two blocks of two banks, a grocery store, multiple restaurants and the town library. The monthly rent is $1,240 with a $50 discount given to tenants who pay their rent by the 28th of the month and venmo or directly deposit the rent. Additionally, lawn and grounds maintenance is provided at no cost to the tenant. A $1,000 deposit is required if 2 or fewer people will be living in the house. If the number of residents exceeds two, an additional $500 deposit per person will be required before move-in.
