RENTAL CRITERIA Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 530. Credit scores below 640 may require an additional security deposit for conditional approval. Applicants must gross at least three times the monthly rent in household income. Applicants must demonstrate favorable rental history. Criminal background is reviewed in accordance with applicable fair housing laws and company screening standards, and recent violent crimes, property crimes, or other relevant criminal history may affect approval. Applicants must have no evictions within the past three years, or 36 months. If an application is denied and the applicant would like to provide additional context for reconsideration, the applicant may submit an appeal for review. This home is exclusively listed by KRG Property Management.
