Term of Lease The lease shall commence on [Start Date] and shall terminate on [End Date], unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement. The policy must name the Landlord as an additional interest (or similar designation) for notification purposes. Proof of such insurance shall be provided to the Landlord prior to move-in and upon each policy renewal. Failure to maintain the required insurance is considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of tenancy. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
