Property has its own parking right outside the unit and a yard in the center of the community. Tenants provide their own appliances or they can be included for a separate rent. Tenants pay utilities. 1 month - 2 months security deposit required depending on results of background check. Pets will be considered with additional pet deposit. Renter's insurance is required.
