This home features a wood-burning stove, a sauna, a hot tub, and a fire pit for cozy nights. Enjoy lake access just steps away. Pets are welcome with a one-time charge of $100 per pet. Guests are allowed to bring up to two pets/service animals. Additional fines may apply for undisclosed/unapproved pets, pet hair on furniture, or pet-related damage and excessive cleaning. Please note that pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. The home is not easily visible from the main road. Turn onto the gravel road when you arrive at the address; the home is the last house on the left. Check-out is at 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $50 fee. All late check-out requests must be submitted by 5 PM the day before departure and are subject to availability. There is a $50 fine for each key and parking credential not returned. An additional $75 fee will be applied if check-out instructions are not followed. For reservations of 28 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is increased. Guests are responsible for any stains that are not easily removable and may be charged for cleaning costs or replacement of damaged laundry items. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Guests who fail to comply with house rules may be evicted from the property without a refund. Locals MUST contact the host prior to instant booking to prevent parties. Any group attempting to violate occupancy limits or quiet hours will be removed immediately. There is a fee schedule for house rules violations. Excessive messes or parties will result in guests being responsible for extra cleaning charges and potential eviction. Illegal drugs will result in authorities being engaged and immediate eviction. Lost or left-behind items may incur a service fee in addition to shipping costs. Mail or package deliveries are not allowed. Property maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Lease violations will incur a $500 penalty.
