Thank you for your interest in renting our property at 520 W. Hunter St. Madison, North Carolina 27025 Rockingham County Completely remodeled house in excellent condition in a quiet residential neighborhood. Three bedrooms and one full bath. Shared driveway. The tenant pays utilities and provides yard work with their own equipment. Bring your own refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Lease duration: 12 months $1,200 rent per month $1,200 deposit (refundable upon move-out depending on condition of property and lease term status) Animal Policy: $250 nonrefundable pet fee. Additional monthly fee of $25 per pet. Limit of two small indoor dogs. Our liability insurance restricts high-risk breeds, including but not limited to pit bull mix, doberman, rottweiler, or any dog with a bite history. Any emotional support animal (ESA) would require documentation by a local doctorate-level health care provider. ESA must not exceed the size (small), breed, or number of pets limit (two). Neither ESA nor service animals would be charged fees or pet rent. Tenants may be held responsible for any property damage (including that caused by animals) that exceeds the amount of the security deposit. No smoking of any substances and no possession or use of any illegal substances allowed on property; would be grounds for eviction. We will send you our free pre-screening application. Please copy/paste/complete that and email it to us. If that is approved, each prospective adult occupant would then need to complete the formal application at Zillow ($35 fee per applicant). We do require a minimum credit score of 660, combined household net income of $3,600/month ($43,200/year), income verification, present and past rental history, and references. If your Zillow application is approved, we would then contact you to arrange a tour at your earliest convenience.
