This is a 30-45 day temporary rental between the months of May 1, 2024 and June 16, 2024. Everything is brand new! Enjoy sunrises & sunsets on your indoor/outdoor deck with open concept living space. Modern 2 bed, 2 full bath with high speed internet, electric fireplace, two smart TVs, in-unit washer and dryer, and chef's kitchen. Literally on the beach. Access to bike riding, skating, surfing, volleyball, sailing, shopping, cafes, restaurants. This 1st floor apartment comes fully furnished with brand new furniture, all utilities included. The primary bedroom has a Cal King bed and the second bedroom hosts a twin day-bed which is convertible to either two twin beds or into a spacious queen bed (see photos). Dogs are welcome, as long as they are well-behaved, house-trained, non-aggressive, and quiet (little to no barking). There is a $500 non-refundable one-time pet-fee. Street parking is free with our designated parking pass. There is plenty of street parking just behind the apartment. Please note that there are tenants who live on this property. We are all quiet, respectful, working professionals. The front deck directly in front of your condo is for your use only, but tenants on the premise occasionally need to access the deck for exit/entrance to the beach/strand. You cannot get any closer to the beach than this...Welcome to real beach living!
