Credit History. Your credit report must be satisfactory. Credit score 625 or higher D. Employment. A minimum of one year of continuous employment. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. One pets are allow with a weight limit of 50 lbs. and our pet rent is $50.00 a month per pet. Due to the fact that people have not been showing up to scheduled appointments, we will be calling you an hour to thirty minutes prior to your appointment. Please respond to the voice mail that is left if you cannot answer. If you do not response, the leasing agent will cancel your appointment.
